Thomas (Tom) Tucker, 66 passed away at his home September 25, 2010, in Carthage, IN. He was the son of Thomas Tucker and Gladys Chavers Tucker, both deceased. He married Sharon Beatty Matney August 27, 1988, and she survives. He graduated Carthage High School in 1962 and attended I.U. He was retired and enjoyed Nascar, Colts football playing cards with Larry Ebbertt, and wood working. Besides his wife, he is survived by three sons, Brian Mantey, wife Brandi of Holland, MI, Alex Mantey of Hermitage, TN, and Dennis Matney, Bloomington, IN. Six grandchildren, Briana, Bridegette, Paige, Ashlyn, and Dennis Matney III and Ronnie Lawrence. One half sister Melissa Brown, Muncie, IN. He was preceded in death by one brother Phillip Wayne Chavers and one half brother Johnnie Tucker. Cremation is handled by Indiana Funeral Care. Service will be in Louisiana at family’s convenience.
